This photograph was taken just after a fast 10K, run at about 6 in the morning. I look like a drowned rat, which is my normal look after a run in Bangkok.
At the coolest time of year (December and January) morning temperatures are still in the mid-twenties and things heat up very quickly. The heat is fairly insane. On the bus home after a hard run, I'm normally standing in a pool of my own sweat while the other passengers are looking politely away.
